We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with. Please return items in a saleable, unused and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 5 days of receipt  however shipping is at your own cost to return the item to us.

Products that have been opened will not be accepted for return. These restrictions are for the benefit of all of our customers, as all goods supplied are new and direct from the manufacturer.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days and a credit will be automatically applied to your card or original method of payment. It is usually much sooner, but we have no control over the banks (although we wish we could).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping returns

We regret that we do not provide free returns. When returning unwanted items, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

We recommend that any returns be sent via recorded delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that do not reach us. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for return carriage and ensure that the returned goods are adequately packed to avoid damage in transit. Goods returned in poor condition or not in their original packaging will not be refunded.
