01Neck Protocol
A planned course combining autologous treatment, microneedling and peels as your skin requires — addressing skin quality, texture and crepiness in the neck itself.
FACE · NECK · HANDS
The neck is the area most often left out of a treatment plan, and the one most likely to give the rest of it away. Our neck protocol treats it as an area in its own right — using a considered combination of treatments, sequenced over time — so it sits in continuity with the face and hands.

TREATMENT OPTIONS
The neck is planned around what has actually changed there, rather than treated with a single approach for everyone. Most plans combine more than one treatment, chosen and sequenced after your assessment.

Every plan begins with an honest assessment of the area.

REVIEW
The neck is treated conservatively. Where a change is not something treatment can address, we will tell you rather than work around it.

“So happy with my treatment. Jade was lovely and explained everything in detail. She made me feel really comfortable. The treatment room was lovely clean and easy to find. I couldn’t fault the experience and would definitely rebook with Jade.”

IMMEDIATELY AFTER
Redness, warmth or mild swelling in the treated area is common and usually settles quickly.
FIRST FEW DAYS
The area may feel tender or slightly tight. Avoid abrasive products and vigorous exercise for the first 24 hours.
DURING RECOVERY
Follow the skincare guidance given, and keep the area protected from the sun as advised.
ONGOING
The neck is an area of constant movement and sun exposure, so a maintained home routine matters as much as the in-clinic treatment.
Downtime is typically minimal.
CONTINUITY
So the neck does not read as a separate, older area from the face it belongs to.
SKIN QUALITY
Supporting the skin itself — its resilience, comfort and how it reflects light.
CREPINESS
Addressing the fine, crêpey texture the neck develops as the skin thins.
TEXTURE
Improving the surface of the skin rather than only what sits beneath it.
VISIBLE AGEING CHANGES
Working with the changes that have actually occurred, assessed rather than assumed.
FACE, NECK & HANDS
Extending the same considered plan to the hands, where the same changes appear.
These are discussed openly at your consultation so that you can give informed consent.
Your suitability and individual risk profile will be discussed during consultation before treatment.

MAY NOT BE SUITABLE IF
Skin tone is considered in every plan, and treatment is paced accordingly where there is a risk of post-inflammatory pigmentation.
WHY THE NECK
The neck ages differently from the face. Its skin is thinner, there is far less underlying support, and it is asked to move constantly — and it is exposed to daylight all year, usually with less protection than the face receives.
That combination is why a face treated on its own can still read as unfinished. The neck sits directly beneath it in every conversation, every photograph and every mirror, and it is the first place the difference shows.
Treating it is not about chasing a younger neck. It is about continuity — so the face, neck and hands read as one person rather than as three areas of different ages. Where the hands show the same changes, they are assessed alongside the neck for the same reason.
A COMBINED APPROACH
No single treatment addresses everything the neck does. A more lifted, smoother and more youthful-looking neck is usually the result of a considered combination — sequenced over time and paced to your skin, rather than delivered all at once.
01
Prepared from your own blood, used to support the skin’s quality and the support beneath it — rather than to add volume.
EZ GEL / BIOFILLER02
Controlled micro-channels that prompt the skin to remodel itself, working on texture and on how the surface reflects light.
EPN MICRONEEDLING03
Chosen around your skin tone and history, to refine tone and surface rather than to strip the skin.
CHEMICAL PEELSThe neck is exposed year round, often without the protection the face receives, and daylight is the main reason the changes appear in the first place. Broad-spectrum sunscreen applied to the neck and hands every morning — including on overcast days — protects the work done in clinic and is the most useful thing you can do at home to hold a result.
Which of these is used, in what order and over what period, is decided after your consultation — every protocol is individualised.

QUESTIONS
Because it changes differently. The skin is thinner, there is far less underlying support, and the area moves constantly. A face treated without the neck very often looks unfinished, however well the face itself has been treated.
The assessment and the plan. The neck is looked at in relation to your face and hands, and the sequence is built around what has actually changed there rather than around a standard facial protocol.
It can improve skin quality, texture and the look of crepiness, and that often narrows the difference between the two areas. It will not make the neck look like the face — and we would not suggest that it could.
Where that is appropriate, yes. The same changes appear in the hands as in the neck, and they are exposed in the same way, so they are assessed together where you want that.
It varies with your skin and with what is being treated. A plan and a realistic number of sessions are agreed at your consultation, and reviewed as treatment progresses rather than fixed in advance.
The cost depends on what your assessment shows — which treatments are used, how many sessions are needed and over what period — so it is confirmed with you at your consultation rather than quoted in advance. The consultation itself is £80.
Because no single treatment addresses everything the neck does. Autologous treatments, microneedling and peels each work on something different — the skin’s quality and support, its surface texture, and its tone. Used in the right order and paced to your skin, they do more together than any one of them does alone.
The neck is exposed to daylight all year, usually with far less protection than the face receives, and that exposure is the main reason these changes appear in the first place. Broad-spectrum sunscreen applied to the neck and hands every morning — including on overcast days — protects the work done in clinic, and is the most useful thing you can do at home to hold a result.
